NEENAH, WISCONSIN (April 29, 2008) – Adventures In Advertising has hired Connie Karns as the franchise support supervisor, as position essential for achieving the best franchise support AIA can offer its owner network. She is responsible for managing the franchise support representatives within the growing customer service department, establishing initial and ongoing technical and professional development training opportunities for team members, and identifying, implementing and coaching effective interpersonal communication skills within all AIA departments.

Karns has more than 21 years of customer service experience across various industries. For four years prior to joining AIA, she managed a team of eight inside sales associates for Cisco, a supplier of networking equipment and internet-based network management services. Additionally, she spent 10 years as a sales coordinator with JanSport, a bag and luggage manufacturer.
