LADEMANS JOIN AIA OWNER NETWORK
AIA/BrandLure, Inc. is the latest Adventures In Advertising franchisee.
NEENAH, WISCONSIN (April 27, 2009) – Adventures in Advertising (AIA) has added a new owner to its network: Sterling Heights, Michigan-based AIA/BrandLure, Inc. Joann Lademan handles the sales, sourcing and daily operations while her husband Paul is responsible for the financial and marketing aspects of the business.
Prior to joining AIA, Joann spent 17 years in recruiting and human resources. Most recently, she was a direct hire recruiter at W3R Consulting, where she was responsible for creative sourcing, networking and cold calling to find A+ candidates nationwide.
In addition to working together with Joann, Paul will continue his position of director of e-solutions for BBDO Detroit. He has a bachelors degree from Oakland University.
The Lademans are also active volunteers within their community, giving time to Scouts, their child’s school and their church.
