AIA/Image Pros is the latest Adventures In Advertising franchisee.

NEENAH, WISCONSIN (July 21, 2009) – Adventures in Advertising (AIA) has added a new owner to its network: Brownsburg, Indiana-based AIA/Image Pros. Bruce Steinman fills the role of partner of promotional consulting while his wife Kris is the partner responsible for strategic direction, vision and company growth.

The company will leverage promotional programs that help clients develop and implement strategic marketing plans. Focusing on promotional programs will enable the Steinmans to demonstrate ROI on the programs their clients implement.

“This is a new challenge that will continue to help us grow personally and professionally,” said Bruce Steinman. “We did an extensive evaluation of the opportunities in the marketplace and AIA stood out not only because of the support and training at the national support center but also because the business model lets owners focus on creating and growing client relationships. But most important, we felt connected to AIA’s mission and value system for the company.”

Prior to joining AIA, Bruce spent nearly 15 years at Eli Lilly and Company, first as a team leader then as a global manager. Before joining Eli Lilly, he worked as an account manager for Sojourn Consulting, Inc. and a senior consultant for Computer Science Corporation. He earned a B.S. in computer management from Eastern Illinois University and a MBA in marketing management from DePaul University.

In addition to her role within AIA/Image Pros, Kris continues to work as a director at Eli Lilly and Company. Since joining Eli Lilly in 1996, Kris has held a variety of leadership positions providing technology solutions to business challenges. Her previous experience includes manager at Roadway Global Air and consultant at Computer Science Corporation. She received a B.S. in industrial management from Purdue University and a MBA in operations management from DePaul University.

The Steinmans are also active in their community. Bruce is the administrative council chairman for Calvary United Methodist Church and a volunteer at United Way events. He also coaches basketball and football for Youth Recreational Athletic teams. Kris has served the last two years on the Brownsburg Education Foundation and also volunteers at United Way events.
